C’Nano has organized an Art & Science Image Award in partnership with the « Arts & Sciences » chair, the CNRS research network NACRE, the LaSIPS LabEx and the « Art in Research« gallery.
In research, image is usually used by scientists to present their results and to illustrate new theories. The Art & Science Image organized call aims at bringing candidates to another world by stimulating their citizen’s spirit and sensitivity through 3 possible fields:
- At the crossroads of views: nanosciences and society (category 1)
- Gulliver’s journey into the world of nanos (category 2)
- We are not just researchers (category 3)
Four prizes will be awarded during the C’Nano congress that will take place from November 23rd to 25th, 2021. Three have been selected by a jury composed of scientists, artists and communication professionals. The 4th one is subjected to C’Nano congress participants’ vote!
